All you have to do is tell your boss that they are going to sustain serious bodily injury if you are fired. Tell them in advance that there is nothing the cops can do about it, because you will get them when they are far from help. Explain some of the bodily injury that you are going to cause them (i.e. loss of limbs, broken bones, etc...). Most employers these days are liberal panzies anyway, and probably will be too scared to fire you after you have warned them of the repurcussions.
